Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance for office visits;
however, we will do our best to help ensure your prescription is covered if
applicable.
How much are office visits?
The initial visit is $150, $75 for follow-up (1
week/2week) and then $150/monthly.
Do you offer inpatient treatment?
No, we are an outpatient treatment
facility. We always do our best to help find resources if someone needs
treatment that we don’t provide.
What treatments do you offer?
We treat Opioid (pain pill, heroin, etc.)
Dependency/Addiction and Alcohol Use Disorder.
How long do patients receive treatment?
Average length of treatment is
around 18 months; however, that amount of time varies greatly depending
on the patient's needs.
Do you offer counseling?
No, however we will assist in finding the
appropriate resources. A lot of patients feel their monthly consultation with
the doctor serves as a form of counselling/therapy.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, we absolutely value our patient’s
personal information and follow all HIPPA requirements. We will only speak
to someone on your behalf with your permission.
What can I expect on my first visit?
We pride ourselves on making our
patients feel comfortable and respected. Once you come in you will be
greeted by our staff and given your patient paperwork to fill out. Next, you
will provide a sample for a Urine Drug Screen. Lastly, you will have a one-
on-one consultation with the doctor.
